The vivid colours in Painting (Untitled) are produced neither with paint nor with photo-editing. Instead, camera settings in relation to film projector settings are key. The sequence of digital photographs forms one 'painting' suitable for viewing online. The internet often feels defined by the aesthetics of advertising, high production values and short attention spans; this work asks what the experience of slow looking typical to a gallery setting could be like in contemporary digital space.
