Join us for the end of project Exhibition and Celebration of STORYLINES!
STORYLINES Exhibition and Celebration is an exhibition showcasing creativity, processes and artworks made in the context of STORYLINES, an art and theatre programme for anyone over the age of 55. Facilitated by a team of artist together with PATINA PEOPLE Theatre Company in Camden this spring, the free drop-in workshops have been exploring storytelling through art, textiles and theatre. With a focus on creative exploration, sustainability and collective creativity the project has been running across two community venues where artists have facilitated storytelling with a variety of material processes and methods. As part of the Exhibition event we will publish a co-created STORYLINES zine!

🎤At 6.20pm we will have a live reading of a new play/ a script in-process, written by Constantine Louis and performed by STORYLINES. Followed by Q and A with STORYLINES participants at 6.40pm.

The event is co-curated by artist and curator Heini King. STORYLINES is supported by Kent Hall Community Hall and Likewise Community Centre and funded by Camden Council.

STORYLINES is a free creative programme for anyone aged 55+. It takes place in two community venues in Camden in SPRING 2026. We have partnered up with PATINA PEOPLE and a team of artists and creatives to facilitate a series of 17 drop-in workshops where we explore storytelling through art, textiles and theatre. Led by a team of artists and theatre-makers, participants can develop new skills and explore creativity with others. No previous experience of art or theatre is needed- just turn up! The sessions are facilitated by : Lizzie Cardozo (artist and manager of Shop Front Gallery), Jay Chiu (Theatre Director/Facilitator/Writer/Performer),Freda Igiogbe (artist and storyteller) , Usva Inei(artist and art educator), Jacqueline Nicholls (artist), Chloé Rochefort(artist, community producer and researcher)Anne Schilder (artist), Manyi Takor (artist),Austin Saturday (artist and cook),Niah McGiff(artist and curator) and Heini King (artist and curator).
